Senior Specialist in international student recruitment

The position is permanent and full-time, and work starts on 1st of June 2026, or as agreed. The position is subject to a probationary period. The workplace is in Finland, but you can work at any of our campuses. Your main task is to build and coordinate the entirety of Xamk's international student recruitment, including the applicant's path to becoming a student, together with education units, communication and marketing services, admission services, and international services.

We expect from you:

existing networks that help you to succeed in the task

experience and evidence of successful? international student recruitment and educational marketing

experience in coordinating multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

Masters degree, a person with significant merits can be considered also without a Master's degree

B2, or equivalent, level Finnish
