Fingersoft is best known for the global smash hits Hill Climb Racing and Hill Climb Racing 2, with over 2.5 billion installs and counting. We're now looking for a Community Manager to join us in Oulu to help shape, grow and champion our player community.
If you're the kind of person who can be the megaphone for millions of players, thrives on working closely with other community managers and developers, and knows how to turn feedback into real impact, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work with our live games while also building communities around upcoming titles.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
Manage and grow the Hill Climb Racing communities across Discord, social media, and other key platforms
Engage with players daily by jumping into conversations, answering important questions and maintaining an active presence
Create and publish content, from announcements, updates, social media posts and patch notes
Keep a pulse on community sentiment and turn player feedback into clear, actionable insights for the team
Moderate discussions and handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
Work closely with other Community Managers, game teams, and stakeholders to align communication and initiatives
Plan and execute community activities such as events, campaigns, and activations
Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and player behavior to improve engagement
WE HOPE YOU HAVE
2+ years of hands-on community management experience (games industry experience is a big plus)
Experience managing social media channels, understanding how different platforms function and what works best for each
Experience with Discord communities, moderation and bots
Clear, confident communication and strong copywriting skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Experience in handling sensitive or high-pressure community situations with professionalism, empathy and good judgment
