We are moving beyond traditional ride-hailing to provide our fleet partners with advanced B2B SaaS and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management & Sales Execution with the support and guidance of your manager and senior team, you will learn to manage your own sales pipeline and expand our partner network through proactive outreach. You’ll handle the fleet partner lifecycle, from initial pitch to onboarding and support, while working closely with the team to resolve discrepancies and master the process.
  • Data-Driven Market Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses using Metabase or Tableau to gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics and our customers. Use these insights to identify operational gaps and provide actionable feedback for the continuous product development of our B2B SaaS solution.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute business development projects, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals and operational reality.
  • You are currently enrolled in (or are in the gap period between) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
  • You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Requirements

  • You have initial work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Operations.
  • You feel comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are a "social butterfly" who enjoys interacting with people.
  • You have initial experience with Tableau, Metabase, or Salesforce
