Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who wants to lead advanced development initiatives from early planning through execution, delivery, and follow‑up.
As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical and R&D projects. You will translate strategic goals into clear project plans, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and drive execution with a strong focus on quality, structure, and follow‑through. You will work closely with engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams, acting as the central point of coordination to keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and R&D projects from concept and planning through implementation and delivery
- Build and manage project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure projects meet agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets
- Identify risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations, and establish mitigation plans
- Drive clear reporting through dashboards, status updates, and decision documentation
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working
- Ensure well‑coordinated delivery across key milestones and project phases
- Your technical bakgrund
- Master's/Bachelor’s degreein Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience 10+ years leading complex technical or engineering projects end‑to‑end.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on scope, budget, and schedule.
- Experience working across engineering, operations, product, and external partners.
- Familiarity with regulatory, permitting, and risk management in energy or infrastructure is a plus.
