The Process Development Manager is a dedicated professional responsible for overseeing the entire Lead-to-Cash process-encompassing both Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash stages-ensuring its quality, design, and ongoing enhancement. Acting as a strategic translator, this role receives direct targets from the corporate strategy and is responsible for ensuring that all process architectures and improvement pipelines are meticulously aligned to meet these high-level strategic objectives. This role owns the process of architecture, measurements, documentation standards, improvement pipeline, and governance rhythm. This role is the engine connecting Process, Technology, Data, and Competence development into a single coherent operating system.
The customer is at the center of everything this role does. Every process is designed from the customer viewpoint outward. Customer focus does not jeopardize business benefits, profitability, or growth: it is completely opposite and a complementary and reinforcing element of modern business. This person holding the role works hands on and bridges business and IT, translating operational reality into technical specifications and ensuring that every improvement delivers tangible value for both the customer and the business.
