Senior Front-end Developer

Zynca is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Front-end Developer to join our growing team in the labor market services and recruitment domain. In this role, you will play a key part in building and shaping modern web applications that directly impact how candidates and employers connect. We are looking for someone who not only delivers high-quality code, but also actively contributes ideas, improvements, and technical direction.

As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to turn ideas into well-crafted user experiences. A significant part of the role involves building reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS, integrating applications with GraphQL APIs, and ensuring high standards in performance, accessibility, and code quality.

We expect you to take ownership of features from early concept through development and production, proactively identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions that enhance both the product and the development process. You will have the autonomy to influence technical decisions, challenge existing approaches when needed, and help evolve the front-end architecture in a sustainable way. Staying up to date with modern front-end trends and best practices is an important part of this role.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Front-end Developer with strong experience in React and Next.js and strong TypeScript skills. Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and GraphQL is required, along with a good understanding of modern web performance, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
