Responsibilities

• As a Finance & Operations Controller at Quuppa, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company's financial processes run smoothly and that business-critical data is accurate and up to date. Quuppa's business combines both SaaS and hardware, which brings an interesting layer of complexity to topics such as revenue recognition, invoicing, and reporting.
• You will take ownership of reporting accuracy, support monthly closing, collaborate closely with the external accountant, and maintain forecasts. You will also contribute to audit processes and take part in developing internal financial processes and systems.
• In addition, your role includes hands-on operational finance tasks. While day-to-day invoicing is primarily handled by a colleague, you will support more complex cases and ensure that invoicing aligns correctly with revenue recognition, especially in a SaaS and hardware business context. You may also provide backup support for daily invoicing activities during the colleague's absence.
• You will work closely with the CFO, internal teams on finance and operations topics, and an external accounting partner, acting as a bridge between daily operations and financial control.
