About this role
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Finnish-speaking Operations Customer Experts for a remote role based in Portugal.
In this position, you will support a digital payment platform and point-of-sale solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. You will assist customers with onboarding, transactions, and technical support, helping them manage their sales and grow their business effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist users with account setup and onboarding
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the app, card reader, and accessories
- Handle financial-related queries, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports
- Provide clear and accurate product information
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Your Qualifications
- Fluent Finnish (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and multiple systems
- Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment

- Remote role based in Portugal (with potential transition to on-site in Lisbon)

- Full-time position: 40 hours per week (rotational shifts / 2 days off)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 08:00–20:00, weekends 09:00–18:00
