You have hands-on experience in social media content production and know how to translate platform dynamics, audience insights and performance data into a clear, actionable content strategy. You're opinionated about what good content looks like, you can own an editorial calendar from planning to publishing, and you're comfortable working across multiple languages and cultures.</span></p><p><span>We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about social media, always up to date with the latest trends, and not afraid to share new ideas or experiment with fresh formats. You’re curious, creative, and enjoy turning what you see online into engaging content, working in a team.</span></p><p><span>Your day-to-day activities will include creating and planning content formats, visuals for WeRoad’s social media assets and new projects, taking ownership of WeRoad’s channels and markets.</span></p><p><span>You'll be a key player in shaping how WeRoad shows up on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube - with a strong point of view on what to make, why, and how to measure whether it worked.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a39d92fe-7fff-fbcf-f91e-9b8650ffafef">What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support the strategic planning and development of the PED across all WeRoad’s assets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own content ideation and creation across the full lifecycle: from concept development to production and publishing of videos, graphics and copy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively monitor social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and emerging channels) to identify trends, cultural moments and reactive marketing opportunities - and translate them into on-brand, platform-native content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive performance analysis to optimize the content strategy based on data-driven reasonings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the elaboration of periodic performance reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and evolve social media playbooks, tone of voice guidelines and best practices in collaboration with Brand and Performance teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adapt content strategy to local cultures, formats and storytelling conventions across markets.</span></p></li><li><p><span&g
