Our Editron business unit is leading the electrification revolution, specializing in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the off-highway, on-highway and marine markets.
We now have an opporutnity to recruit a Head of Sales & Marketing for Editron to lead on all sales on a global level, developing our sales and go-to-market strategy, attracting new accounts, and improving growth rates with existing customers. This role will see you build a sales forecast and develop strategies to achieve the sales goals, whilst driving sales efficiency by extending the sales-related information base, implementing channel strategies, improving customer relations, strengthening the mindset of reports with respect to results-orientation and continuously develop the team. As a member of the divisional leadership team you will also represent the division in all relevant forums and protect its interests with various stakeholder groups, internal and external.
This role is preferably based to one of our key sites in Europe such as in Finland or Denmark and will involve regular travel, both within Europe and internationally.
What You'll Be Doing
As our new Head of Sales & Marketing for Editron, you will:
Represent the Voice of the Customer as a key member of divisional leadership team; responsible for sales growth and business development. This includes the development and execution of the strategic vision, cultivating and maintaining senior level relationships, expanding brand awareness in the industry while promoting and selling solutions.
