About this role

We are looking for two experienced software developers to join our Post Processing and Transform teams within the Core Technologies Graphics group.

Who is your future team?

The Core Technologies Graphics group consists of three function teams - Render, Post Processing, and Transform - and is responsible for the embedded graphical aspects of the Axis camera platform. The teams share ways of working, tools, and programming languages, but each has its own distinct focus area.

We are currently hiring one developer for each of the following teams:

Post Processing - This team is responsible for text and image overlays in the video stream and Axis Live Privacy Shield (ALPS). In short, the team ensures that graphical elements have the correct size and are in the right place.

Transform - This team handles geometric transformations, lens distortion correction, and panoramic stitching (as seen in products like the Axis P3827-PVE). This is where the math meets the image - turning raw camera data into accurate, usable views.

The work is carried out in tight collaboration with the product and sales organizations, as well as directly with our partners and customers. Innovation and a creative work environment are key, along with the tight and positive team spirit that this group is well known for.

What you'll do?

As a member of either the Post Processing or Transform team, you will participate in tasks and projects delivering software for the graphical aspects of Axis cameras. You will be part of the complete development chain - from long-term monitoring and idea creation to building technology platforms and the release of new software. Development is mostly done in C, but C++ and Python are also used.

Who are you?

You are curious, deeply technically interested, and love solving problems in a team-focused way. We believe you have a strong personal drive and get inspired by working in an environment of openness, creativity, trust, commitment, playfulness, and encouragement.

We'd lov
