FeelHobby is building a digital wellness studio designed to help people build sustainable wellbeing routines in everyday life.

Now we’re looking for a Content Specialist to Finland who loves creating content, understands what works in social media, and knows what kind of content performs in paid ads.

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Specialist, your mission is simple:
  • 👉 Create content that people watch, engage with and that performs.
  • You’ll create social media content that drives organic reach and supports our paid advertising.
  • This is a hands-on role: you won’t just plan content, you’ll create it yourself.
  • What You’ll Do
  • 🔸 Create content end-to-end
  • You ideate, film, edit and publish content, especially short-form videos (TikTok, Reels).
  • 🔸 Move fast from idea to execution
  • You don’t wait for perfection. You test ideas quickly and learn what works.
  • 🔸 Create content for both organic and paid channels
  • You understand how organic content differs from paid advertising and can create videos that perform in both.
  • 🔸 Understand what works in video
  • You recognize strong hooks, formats and concepts and know how to adapt them.
  • 🔸 Work with people on camera
  • You help others feel natural in videos and guide content creation when needed.
  • 🔸 Bring ideas and follow trends
  • You stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas into content.
  • 🔸 Work across locations
  • You’re comfortable moving between locations and creating content during the day when needed.

  • You enjoy making videos and experimenting with different ideas and formats.

  • You can film, edit and publish content yourself.
  • 🔸 Understanding of social media content
  • You know what works on TikTok, Instagram and short-form video platforms.

  • You understand that content for paid ads is different from organic and know how to create videos that convert, not just get views.
