About Global Patient Solutions
Within Global Patient Solutions, you will help build and maintain the foundational systems, governance frameworks, and AI‑enabled capabilities that ensure our patient‑solution models deliver high‑quality, compliant, scalable, and measurable improvements in patient care across Oncology and Biopharmaceutical indications.
Operating within AstraZeneca’s connected Enterprise AI ecosystem, you will enable the safe and effective scaling of Connect360 and related Patient Solutions by strengthening the data, governance, omnichannel, digital health, and operational backbone required to deliver empathetic, timely, and clinically relevant support at scale.
This role complements the Strategy & Value position by ensuring the rigor, consistency, and technical enablement needed to turn strategy into sustainable enterprise capabilities.
Ultimately, you will help build a global, multi‑indication patient‑engagement engine that is trustworthy, compliant, data‑driven, omnichannel‑ready, and continuously learning—elevating the standard of patient experience and strengthening patient care.
Role Purpose
Governance
& AI Enablement
You will own the patient governance, compliance, data, AI‑enablement, and omnichannel execution frameworks that ensure Patient Solutions and Connect360 are delivered with quality, accountability, and measurable value across global markets.
What you´ll do
Establish and lead global patient governance & alignment with compliance frameworks for all Patient Solutions
Lead data, insights, and evidence foundations to support decision making and optimization
Own the impact measurement and optimization ecosystem, ensuring all programs deliver tangible value
Guide the patient program & asset creation and lifecycle management, ensuring quality, reusability, and compliance
Strengthen the patient omnichannel enablement, ensuring patient journeys and interactions are orchestrated seamlessly across channels
Translate patient solution business requirements into operational, digital, and technical specifications
Lead all aspects of agency and vendor management to ensure high quality content, execution, and operational excellence
Provide the governance and frameworks vital for the safe scaling of AI‑enabled engagement, monitoring, and personalization
Partner with members of our organization to scouting, triage and select partners for solutions delivery
