The IT Manager is responsible for Norrin's Microsoft-based cloud environment, identity and access management, device management, IT architecture, office and remote network operations, automation, and vendor management. In this role, you ensure that employees have access to a secure, reliable, and well-governed digital workplace in a cost-efficient and scalable way.

In this role, you will lead a virtual team of IT specialists and act as the clear owner of internal IT. You report to the Head of Platform Operations. The position is primarily based at our Helsinki office in a hybrid model. Fully remote work is not possible.

In this role you will

Manage and develop Norrin's Azure tenant and Microsoft 365 environment, including related security, governance, and identity processes.

Lead identity lifecycle management, access rights, SSO integrations, and least privilege practices.

Be responsible for office and remote networks (Wi-Fi, VPN/Zero Trust, DNS), device selection, provisioning, and lifecycle procurement.

Develop endpoint management through Microsoft Intune (compliance, policies, applications, security).

Design and maintain automation and scripts to streamline IT operations (PowerShell, Git).

Support IT budgeting, cost optimization, and contract management.

Ensure smooth IT service delivery, SLA performance, and continuity planning.
