Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Game Designer, you will help create high-quality games that a broad audience of gamers and casual players can play and love. In this role, you will work closely with your team to deliver best-in-class gameplay experiences for the largest possible audience of potential players: Netflix members.
  • In this role, you'll be working on local cooperative and competitive party games explicitly built for cloud streaming and multiple device play.
  • Responsibilities:Collaborating closely with the Game Lead, and members of Art, Engineering, UX, Product Management, consumer insights, and others through all stages of development from Concepting through Production and Live Ops..
  • Leading and mentoring fellow designers and team members, drawing on your expertise to inspire, coach, and support their needs and decisions..
  • Designing, planning, and implementing game mechanics, systems, and content.
  • Fine-tune features using live game metrics and user experience testing.
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation covering gameplay mechanics, guidelines, game loops, and player progression.
