TowelsOn (towelson.com) is a lightweight reservation system especially for sunbeds and other reservable resort amenities. It is built for real hotel operations: no guest app, no PMS integration, and no heavy IT project.

Setup is simple, onboarding is light, and properties can often go live with minimal assistance. The product is designed to solve a clear operational pain point in resorts while improving the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify relevant hotel and resort leads
  • Reach out to decision-makers by email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Arrange meetings, intro calls, and product demos
  • Support follow-up discussions and help move opportunities forward
  • Help improve outreach messaging and the commercial process based on market feedback
  • Contribute to building a repeatable sales approach for new markets

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and in at least one relevant language for hotel outreach, such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese; Finnish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and keep conversations moving
  • Commercial mindset and comfort with proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Good judgment in identifying relevant prospects and decision-makers
  • Hospitality sector understanding is a strong advantage
  • Experience in hotel sales, SaaS sales, business development, or similar is a plus

About the role We are looking for a part-time Sales Partner to help us grow TowelsOn in warm-weather resort markets. In this role, you will identify relevant hotel and resort prospects, contact decision-makers, arrange intro calls and demos, and help move opportunities toward commercial agreement. You will work closely with the founder and help shape the early commercial process in a practical, hands-on way.
