The opportunity
We are hiring for a fixed-term contract Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead and manage a group of Technical Program Managers within the Unity Engine Program team.
In this role, you will work strategically with Technical Program Manager leads, Engineering leadership, and Product Management to ensure we work together collaboratively to deliver company strategy. As we drive towards improved goals around operational excellence, this role will be critical in defining better ways of working to help Unity achieve its vision. You will lead a team of Technical Program Managers with the shared mission of delivering projects and programs effectively; you will help them grow by mentoring, coaching, creating growth plans and development opportunities. Alongside TPM development you will work with program leadership to define and implement team strategy, improving how we operate as a team and influencing how the wider organization operates.

What you'll be doing
Mentor and lead a team of highly skilled Technical Program Managers, providing them with direction, coaching, and professional growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, product management, operations and leadership teams
Define and improve program management frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance execution efficiency and transparency
Ensure the program team are reporting program status, progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders at all levels
Advocate for best practices in program management and delivery across the organization.
Work closely with the Director of Program Management and other TPM managers to align program team deliverables with organizational goals and priorities
