About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and be able to apply them to our development process. You will also have strong business analysis skills and be able to work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize requirements, educate them about Agile as well as experience with data analysis and management.  Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos\reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and guide the development team on Scrum, Lean and DevOps principles and practices. Propose improvements to the current process and Agile practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with product owners to conduct business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, wire frames, documentation of features and gap analysis. Work to prioritize, maintain the product backlog and acceptance criteria to maximize value of data solutions. Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team. Develop and maintain data-related documentation and requirements. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for individual processes. Drive and manage a culture of data adaptation and metrics to measure performance. Continuously monitor the Project’ and Squad’s performance, gather feedback from various stakeholders and respond/take actions to show continuous improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. To be the key liaison between Internal Customer and Development team. Committed to clients and to delivery.

Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the Project, and inspiring others to share and contribute to the project vision and goals Extensive experience in managing Product Backlog and Development teams/squads Professional Scrum Master (or equivalent Scrum Master) or Professional Product Owner certification. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. At least  5 years  of experience working within a Agile environment as Scrum Master or potentially as Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner role. Experience with product management tools such as JIRA and DevOps. Experience leading workshops through digital tools such as Miro. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Experience with business analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Experience with Data and Power BI is a plus.
