Job Summary

B2C marketing focuses on promoting airline products and services to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The role involves planning and executing marketing activities aligned with sales strategies, developing campaigns, analysing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities also include managing partnerships, coordinating promotions, and supporting business performance through insights and reporting.

Strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and experience in marketing—preferably within the airline industry—are highly valued.

Job profile

Management of digital paid advertising, setting up, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting

Managing ANA brand communication through ANA SNS accounts

Involvement in planning the marketing strategy and subsequent support with budget planning and management of the actual budget

Public relations support for press inquiries from TC2 areas including the organisation of familiarisation trips to Japan for foreign journalists.

Coordination of special events such as the opening of new routes, new products and services.

Ensuring invoices are correct and paid in a timely fashion.
