Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Head of Engineering Productivity & Experience to lead the evolution of how software is built, tested, and delivered at AlphaSense. This is a high-impact, Director-level leadership role shaping developer experience and engineering productivity across our global ~400-engineer organization through platforms, tooling, and engineering practices. The position will initially lead teams of ~13 engineers while defining the operating model and long-term trajectory of the Engineering Productivity domain.
