As our Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager, you’ll own HubSpot, build scalable automation, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to design and execute impactful, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs that connect our product innovations with the right audiences.
Some of the things you will be working on:
Own HubSpot as the central platform for marketing automation and lifecycle management.
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and scoring models.
Run automated lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
Design and optimize lifecycle programs spanning acquisition, nurturing, onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty (scope-dependent).
Own lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer scoring frameworks to drive targeted engagement.
Identify performance gaps, at-risk customers, or drop-offs, and implement targeted automation initiatives.
Ensure data quality, lifecycle consistency, and correct platform usage across all campaigns.
What we believe you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing – Experience designing and executing automation programs across different lifecycle stages
HubSpot Expertise – Advanced hands-on experience with workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages, scoring, and reporting for SaaS / B2B / telematics or Fleet Management / Asset Tracking market, and direct collaboration with field sales & marketing teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze lifecycle performance and customer behavior to inform marketing initiatives
Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment; exposure to telematics, IoT, or asset tracking industries is a significant advantage.
