About the role: What's in the Box
As a Junior IT Engineer within our Benelux Operations tribe, you will support the team responsible for keeping technology across our production facility running smoothly. You will play a key role in ensuring colleagues receive the right hardware, access, and support to do their work effectively.
In this role, you will primarily focus on the practical side of workplace IT. You will help prepare and configure laptops, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and assist colleagues with day-to-day hardware and access questions. Working closely with our IT Engineers and Operations teams, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production and logistics environment.
You will be based fulltime on-site at our Bleiswijk Distribution Center and collaborate with colleagues across Benelux to support reliable, secure workplace technology. Occasionally, you may be required to travel to some of our logistics hubs across the Netherlands and Belgium.

What you’ll do: The Recipe
Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing, configuring, and collecting company devices such as laptops, phones, and accessories
Assist colleagues with day-to-day IT requests related to hardware, accounts, and basic troubleshooting
Help manage the lifecycle of company devices, including setup, maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking
Support the IT team in maintaining workplace technology such as laptops, printers, and peripherals across the Distribution Center and office
Work with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Azure (Entra ID), and device management platforms to assist with user setup and access management
Collaborate with IT Engineers and Operations teams to resolve IT issues and ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively
Contribute to keeping documentation and asset records up to date
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
You have graduated from a relevant study program (for example IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field)
You have a passion for computer hardware and operating systems such as Windows or macOS
You enjoy solving practical problems and helping colleagues with technical questions
You are organized and comfortable handling equipment, setup tasks, and asset tracking
You communicate clearly and are comfortable interacting with colleagues in English
You are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment
