The specialists will be responsible for ensuring the achievement and monitoring of the project's objectives, attracting growth companies to Helsinki's growth areas, managing marketing and communications, planning events, and contributing to the project's operational collaboration and development work.
In addition, the roles include customer relationship management, advisory and guidance services, and the practical implementation of the Retention Track (osaamispitopolku) and other post-entry services in cooperation with various teams within the city.
The finalization of employment contracts is subject to the project receiving external funding. Applicants will be informed of the funding decisions in late spring.
The eligibility requirement for the position is a higher education degree. Successful performance in the role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive development-oriented approach, an understanding of growth entrepreneurship, and experience in delivering goal-oriented services in a networked environment.
