You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive WeRoad's transition toward a unified partner platform, and build the scalable operational infrastructure that supports our growth across our markets.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-452d910e-7fff-ad77-9083-a9270728bad0">What you’ll do:</strong></span></h4><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-452d910e-7fff-ad77-9083-a9270728bad0">Build scalable operations through process optimisation and automation</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Systematically map, redesign and automate partner-facing and internal workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and create a scalable operational engine.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify high-impact improvement opportunities through both analytical and qualitative insights, prioritising automation initiatives based on ROI. Build and maintain operational automations using tools such as Google Apps Script, n8n or internal low-code tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and monitor process KPIs and continuously iterate processes as the partner ecosystem grows.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-452d910e-7fff-ad77-9083-a9270728bad0">Drive the evolution toward a unified partner platform</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the operational technology strategy for the partner ecosystem, supporting WeRoad’s transition toward a single unified platform that replaces fragmented tools and off-platform processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Audit the current tools and processes to identify friction points, data quality gaps and integration bottlenecks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with the Tech team to define and prioritise the One Platform roadmap.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive the migration of key processes (e.g. contracts, vouchers, cash fund, travel diary, tips and coordinator-as-a-service based on business impact and implementation complexity).</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Strengthen the partner ecosystem and operational experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure a consistent, high-quality operational experience for our key partners, Travel Coordinators, Travel Producers and DMCs, across all partner-facing activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and standardise the operating model for travel coordination, including coordinator support, transfer management and partner care across WeRoad and WeRoadX.&lt
