About this role

LIVE COMMUNICATION This role focuses on planning, budgeting, producing, and facilitating our live communication formats—town halls, department meetings, global function meetings, Q&As—across hybrid, digital, and on-site settings. You'll own content coordination, agenda design, speaker alignment, storyline and messaging, media support and production, pre- and post-event communications, and feedback/surveys. In addition, you'll partner with teams on guest management, event logistics, and F&B, and steer internal and external vendors to deliver smoothly. You'll lead the annual live-event plan, setting smart rhythms for each department and aligning on suitable locations. In addition, you'll build and evolve an internal live-communication playbook that drives effectiveness and efficiency across formats, making the most of our in-house resources. Furthermore, you'll establish clear standards while creating memorable, high-energy experiences. Finally, you'll advise stakeholders on the right format for their communication goals and tailor concepts to fit—from conception and run-of-show to delivery and follow-up. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT You'll help develop and run our network of “Comms Champions” across departments and markets. You'll also enable and empower Champions through regular community sessions and events to boost engagement and elevate communication capabilities across functions, departments, and teams.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business event production, MICE management, community management or internal communications Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., MS Teams, project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Outstanding organisational, self-organisational & project management skills Creative mindset paired with developed business acumen Excellent written & verbal communication abilities Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic and fast changing environment  Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence  Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels  

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
