Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader / Sustainability Coordinator with a strong background in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social sustainability. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving and enhancing sustainability-related initiatives within procurement and contractual frameworks, while supporting both procurement teams and operational units.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of independently managing projects and contributing to the development of socially responsible procurement strategies with significant societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate initiatives related to social sustainability within procurement and contractual processes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to procurement teams and internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Design and implement social requirements and contractual terms aligned with labor law, workplace environment, accessibility, gender equality, children’s rights, and anti-discrimination principles
  • Establish and refine frameworks, templates, procedures, and governance models for sustainability integration in procurement activities
  • Develop labor law-related conditions across different sectors based on applicable collective agreements
  • Conduct assessments related to shared responsibilities for workplace environment compliance
  • Monitor and evaluate adherence to social sustainability requirements in contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including authorities, unions, and civil society organizations
  • Contribute to and actively participate in various organizational development and sustainability projects
  • Total Years of Experience:
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in CSR, ESG, project management, or similar independent roles
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (minimum 180 credits) in a relevant field
  • Preferably in Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or related discipl
