Job Overview:
Our client Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to support and maintain Service Impact Analysis (SIA) platforms and related service assurance/monitoring systems. The role focuses on ensuring stable operations, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the ongoing performance and reliability of these platforms. This is a fixed-term (approx. 6 months) full-time hybrid position based in Helsinki, Finland, starting as soon as possible.
