We are looking for a dedicated Dynamics 365 F&O System Specialist in our Finance department in Helsinki!

About the Role

As a D365FO System Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic D365FO team, operating globally across the Mehiläinen Group. You will collaborate closely with finance colleagues, our IT department, and external consultants. Our team plays a crucial role in global system integration projects, providing essential support and adding value to our finance operations both in Finland and internationally. We are committed to developing and automating finance processes from a system perspective, striving to be a forerunner in leveraging AI and digitalization.

Key ResponsibilitiesActively participate in global D365FO system integration projects and implementations.

Provide expert support and guidance to finance teams in Finland and globally regarding D365FO functionalities.

Develop and automate finance processes within D365FO and Power Platform, focusing on system perspective and efficiency.

Define and implement new technical integrations in D365FO, understanding and utilizing various integration methods (e.g., OData, Batch integrations).

Contribute to the continuous development of finance controls and processes through system enhancements.

Collaborate effectively with internal finance and IT teams, as well as external consultants.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have / these things are considered an advantage:

Qualifications & Experience:A relevant higher university degree (e.g., MSc Econ., MSc ICT).

2-4 years of progressive work experience in demanding D365FO roles, such as a D365FO consultant or D365FO key user.

Proven experience participating in global D365FO integration projects and system implementations.
