On behalf of a municipality in the Rogaland region, Dignus Medical is recruiting nurses for permanent full-time positions within the Norwegian public healthcare system.

The municipality has an ongoing need for qualified nurses in services such as home care and nursing homes. You will become part of a professional and well-functioning healthcare service where nurses play a key role in the daily care and follow-up of patients.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment together with nurses, doctors, healthcare assistants and other healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on good patient pathways, cooperation and quality of care, and where a positive and supportive working atmosphere is an important part of everyday life.

About the position

Daily nursing care and follow-up of patients in home care services and/or nursing homes

Observation, assessment and documentation of patients' health conditions

Medication management and treatment according to guidelines

Cooperation with doctors, colleagues, patients and relatives

Contributing to quality assurance and development of routines and services

You will join a well-organised service with experienced colleagues, clear routines and good professional support.

We are looking for nurses who:

Hold a valid license as a nurse from an EU/EEA country

Are motivated to obtain Norwegian authorisation and to relocate to Norway (we assist you throughout the entire process)

Speak fluent English and are highly motivated to learn Norwegian

Are willing to complete our free Norwegian language course

Feel confident in their clinical skills and can manage varied and unpredictable situations

Holds a driver's license (preferred)
