Technical Project Manager, Tampere

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for leading technical project execution from initiation to completion within an international organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The position requires a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Tampere. You will hear more about the client company as the recruitment process progresses.

Work tasks

Leading technical project execution and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams

Managing project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and reporting status to stakeholders

Driving issue resolution and supporting technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Supporting communication between engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and customer interfaces

We are looking for

Relevant higher education degree (e.g., in Engineering or Technology)

Previous experience in technical project management, preferably in an industrial or energy-related environment

Experience with power electronics products and systems

Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, cost follow-up, and risk management

Proficiency in using JIRA and MS Office tools

Excellent English skills
