We are seeking talented individuals to help us shape the maritime future, and a role as Senior Sales Manager in our Tug Thruster sales team is an opportunity to strengthen our position.
In this role you will develop relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support customers in selecting the right solutions for their operational needs. As a person we believe you are a commercial driven professional with maritime industry experience, who enjoys combinding technical understanding, customer engagement, and a strategic sales development mindset.
Travelling is a part of the role, and 60-100 days/year is to be expected.

What you will be doing
Providing technical and commercial consulting to customers, identifying optimal product solutions and application opportunities
Preparing and delivering commercial and technical proposals, ensuring profitability and accountability for P&L
Negotiating and managing customer contracts, assessing and controlling commercial risks.
Acting as the central coordination point between customers, regional sales teams, and internal stakeholders
Driving sales performance by meeting targets, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to close performance gaps
Developing new business opportunities while monitoring market trends, competition, and customer needs
We think you should have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or a related field
Solid knowledge of Thruster products or other propulsion systems and their applications is preferred
Sales or marketing experience in the maritime industry is preferred
Bringing understanding of tug operations is an advantage
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and results-driven mindset with willingness to travel as required
