Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance VBA macros and Google Apps Scripts used across Finance teams, keeping automation tools stable as data sources and processes evolve
- Support SAP administration tasks including vendor master data creation, daily FX rate input, and period opening and closing processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the ZIP procurement platform, supporting testing, workflow improvements, and user adoption
- Prepare analytical reports based on SAP accounting entries and support reconciliation of accounting data with external sources
- Help maintain and organise process documentation, desktop procedures, and process maps to ensure clear version control across the team

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, complex functions, and VBA macros
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate across global finance teams
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive attitude and genuine openness to feedback
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the job
- Experience or coursework in automation, process improvement, or finance tools is a strong plus
