What You'll Be Doing

Developing application software using MATLAB/Simulink to deliver robust and high‑performance control functionality.

Translating customer needs into clear application specifications that guide development and ensure real‑world impact.

Collaborating closely with engineers across disciplines to design, integrate, and validate application features.

Contributing to backlog planning and refinement to support predictable, high‑quality teamwork and delivery.

Sharing your expertise in drives, networks, and fieldbuses to help strengthen system behaviour and interoperability.

Requirements

  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based software development.
  • Practical experience with motors and drives, drive systems, electricity networks, OR fieldbus technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global engineering environment through clear communication and collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and motivation to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish language is seen as an asset.
