Your role As a Business Controller for Synoptik Sweden and Smarteyes Sweden you are serving as the primary financial partner to the Retail Director, Regional Managers, and Marketing team. You will be part of the Scandinavian Controlling team which includes 13 colleagues. You will report to Head of Controlling in Sweden. Your main responsibility will be:

Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting frameworks and dashboards for key stakeholders, mainly using Power BI and Excel.

Present weekly and monthly commercial and financial performance to management.

Deliver actionable business insights and analyses that support decisions and create value across the organization.

Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for your business area.

Support monthly closing activities, reporting, and presentation preparation for our owners EssilorLuxottica.

Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working within the Nordic Controlling team.

Act as a sparring partner for cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects
