Operations & After Sales Assistant
We are now looking to add an Operations & After Sales Assistant to join our headquarters team in Helsinki. In this role, you will contribute to excellent customer experience by ensuring smooth order handling, timely deliveries and responsive after-sales support.
Your tasks are (but not limited to):
customer service for incoming enquiries and orders; keeping customers informed throughout the process
order fulfilment and shipping coordination, including preparing documents and products to be shipped, arranging pick-ups, tracking and confirming deliveries
assisting with incoming inspection and device final testing prior to dispatch, following work instructions and quality procedures
after sales support (for example, making quotations for spare parts and annual maintenances)
invoicing
maintaining accurate records and documentation in our internal tools and processes
other warehouse and production support tasks
You will work closely with operations, sales and service colleagues to secure on-time, right-first-time deliveries. The role requires an organized, hands-on approach and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
We expect you to have:
a suitable educational background (for example vocational or polytechnic school)
some work experience from customer service, order processing, logistics or after-sales
a structured and proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independent
