Quality Engineer
About the Role: As a Quality Engineer, you ensure processes meet high-quality standards and support the development of new solutions. You collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, handle quality-related matters, and lead audits and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for quality-related topics (internal/external)
- Plan and lead internal and external audits
- Drive improvement projects and corrective actions
- Conduct internal training
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
- Korean and English (fluent)
- Understanding of manufacturing/production processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and structured mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001, audits, and quality tools (5 Why, 8D, FMEA)
- Experience in manufacturing or international environments
