We are looking for a new member at our Espoo location to expand our talented and highly motivated multisite Manufacturing Engineering team and can offer you a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills around X-ray detectors.
Job Description
As a Process Development Engineer (Cleanroom Production) your primary task will be developing the cleanroom testing process. You will be responsible in process development of ASIC testing, X-ray detector (hybrid) testing and flip-chip bonding process in our cleanroom production.
Your role will include:Improving/troubleshooting the ASIC/ X-ray detector probe station testing speed and reliability.
Improving/troubleshooting the flip-chip bonding process.
Documentation work for SOPs and work instructions. Conducting trainings for operators.
Supporting cleanroom facilities and equipment. Acquire and verify new equipment for production.

What we are looking for:Good knowledge of Cleanroom process development.
Education background in semiconductor or other related science/engineering areas.
Good team worker.
Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks calmly under pressure.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Comfortable to work in Cleanroom environment and can handle chemicals.
Experience with ISO quality system is a plus.
