Junior Brand Designer

Brand Design Execution Execute brand design across digital and print Translate direction into production-ready assets Rollouts & Adaptations Create adaptations across formats and channels Prepare final files for production and publishing – e.g. social media, web, email, car wrapping etc. Brand Application Apply brand guidelines consistently Ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints Day-to-Day Design Support Provide design support across marketing and related teams Contribute to fast and reliable execution Collaboration Work closely under brand and art direction Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently

1–3 years of experience in brand or graphic design Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print execution Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Solid understanding of print production and file preparation Strong eye for detail, layout and typography Ability to work efficiently under clear brand and art direction Ability to manage multiple small tasks in parallel Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can-do mindset Ability to clearly communicate and explain ideas and designs Interest in sports and brand-driven environments (cycling is a plus) Excellent English skills as well as ideally a good command of written and spoken German

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
