About this role

Program leadership for global digital initiatives   In this role, you’ll lead program management for large, complex digital projects across the Digital Products & Services AT team and ensure they collectively deliver against shared business goals. You’ll provide strategic oversight across related projects, connect vision, roadmap and delivery, and make sure priorities and trade-offs are clearly understood.   Roadmap ownership & delivery   You’ll partner with Product Leads to build, maintain and communicate clear product and program roadmaps. You’ll own the delivery of these roadmaps by tracking progress, ensuring timelines are met, managing risks and dependencies, and making sure status and next steps are transparent to all stakeholders.   Cross-functional alignment & stakeholder management   On the other hand, you’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-cultural, cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Legal, external agencies and business owners. You’ll drive alignment across the full product lifecycle, facilitate key cross-team meetings, and ensure that everyone is informed, focused and moving in the same direction.   Communication, technical understanding & continuous improvement   Last but not least, you’ll create clear, concise communication for different audiences, including upper management, and support the preparation of impactful presentations on progress, risks and decisions. You’ll use your solid understanding of web, tooling and backend implementation to translate technical topics into simple language and to surface dependencies early, while continuously improving our program management processes and ways of working.

University degree (economics, IT or similar) Preferred 5+ Years of Project/Program Management Experience  Fluent in English; German is a plus Experience in the technology sector with examples of contributions at both strategic and operational levels Ability to influence and lead high performing, cross-functional teams  Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail  Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, strategic thinking and communication skills Passion for Digital Platforms/ Products  Positive attitude & works well in autonomy and ambiguity; proactively works through problems and creates solutions. 

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2760 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
