Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.</span></p><p><span>With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader. </span></p><p>You will work in the Providers SP part of the business, which are the applications and processes necessary to subscribe, maintain and invoice our products in Spain.</p><p>On top of a great web app, we maintain a lot of integrations with internal and external partners. The features for which we are responsible are diverse and give a lot of possibilities to learn something new.</p><p>You will cover various areas like automation of finance processes, data management and integration with many internal and external systems.</p><h3>Your responsibilities : </h3><ul><li><p>Take ownership of the product from a technical standpoint</p></li><li><p>Work closely with dev, product, QA, and other teams across Europe</p></li><li><p>Challenge product requirements and anticipate technical difficulties</p></li><li><p>Take initiative in proposing technical solutions</p></li><li><p>Ensure state-of-the-art design and implementation with respect to the global architecture of the platform</p></li><li><p>Take part in a roadmap planning and take ownership of it’s delivery</p></li><li><p>Develop features ensuring unit and integration test coverage</p></li><li><p>Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production</p></li><li><p>Participate in code reviews</p></li><li><p>Help in continuous improvements of team practices</p></li><li><p>Ability to strategically step back to enhance deployment frequency, reduce the number of bugs introduced and shorten the "lead time for changes"</p></li><li><p>Actively take part in knowledge sharing, mentoring of more junior developers and fair employee evaluation</p></li></ul><h4>Our stack : </h4><ul><li><p>Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Event-driven architecture (EventBridge + SQS)</p></li><li><p>Frontend: TypeScript, Angular, Next.js, Vue, Flutter</p></li><li><p>Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Continuous Integration and Deployment on Github.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Your profile : </strong></h3><ul><li><p>You have at least 5+ years of backend development experience in Python.</p></li><li><p>Good experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (migration management, performance work, large data volumes, understanding the Django ORM, choice between relational and non-relational databases).</p></li><li><p>You have a good knowledge of Docker/Git.</p></li><li><p>You are not afraid to take technical initiatives.</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate rigor and autonomy.</p></li><li><p>The user experience is a product aspect that you particularly appreciate.</p></li><li><p>A good level of English (written and oral) is essential.<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>What we offer :</strong></h3><p>Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
