Concept Owner, Supply Chain

We are now looking for a Concept Owner, M3 Supply Chain. In this position you will be responsible for delivering IT solutions in M3 Supply Chain area. This includes acting as Subject Matter Expert in the demands and projects related to the area and taking overall responsibility of the end-to-end process development in M3 Supply Chain. With your can-do attitude, you will develop and improve these solutions together with the Flow Control business function stakeholders, your team members, other IT teams and external partners. In this position, you will get an interesting view across Valmet organization.
Your key responsibilities as Concept Owner, M3 Supply Chain:Contribute to process and solution development and provide information about system possibilities and restrictions
Provide support and know-how on concept, surrounding applications, business end-to-end processes and the possible future challenges
Support the implementation of respective concepts
Support IT system integrations within your area
Plan, design and participate the global testing and validation of test results
Communicate, train and support changes in concept
Document the updates in concept
Manage the costs of the solution development
Manage IT vendors and their work towards the concept
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Admin or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience from the area)
- Minimum of 3 years experience of M3 system (experience as a technical resource, a key user or equivalent)
- Understanding of business processes and how they translate into IT solutions
- Familiarity with system capabilities and limitations to guide solution development
- Experience in concept implementation and supporting IT system integrations
- Skills in testing and validation, including planning and analyzing test results
- Strong communication and training abilities
- Ability to document and maintain concept materials
- Fluent English is essential, good Finni
