Sports Betting Host

Do you have a passion for great customer service and a keen interest in sports and gaming? We’re looking for a friendly, confident Sports Betting Host to help deliver a fresh and exciting sports viewing and betting experience at Grosvenor Casino. What you’ll be doing: Welcoming and supporting customers in‑venue Processing bets accurately and compliantly Helping customers use betting terminals and understand odds Creating a clean, well‑presented and engaging environment Keeping up to date with sporting events and promotions If you’re personable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with people in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Outside of having strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers, you’ll need to possess good numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll also have previous customer facing experience and effective communication skills to help create a welcoming and supportive environment in our betting shop. The role will include evenings, nights & weekends to cover all sporting events for our customers.
