Job Title:

Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders via ERP and CRM systems with accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
  • Provide real-time updates and resolve delivery issues
  • Handle complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver fast, customer-facing solutions
  • Analyze feedback and contribute to service improvements
  • Participate in cross-training and capability building within the team
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High adaptability and learning agility
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in B2B, Order-to-Cash, or logistics
  • Background in environments like Teleperformance or Concentrix
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management
  • Based in Madrid
