Database Administrator

Work with the company’s global database platform daily operations - from initial setup to tools development Work with high-volume databases in a complex environment with many moving parts Plan and execute all aspects of database administration to achieve maximum stability and availability Install and upgrade databases and high-availability solutions for databases Develop automation, monitoring and other tooling Participate in an on‑call rotation to support database‑related production incidents

Components for success. You... Have solid hands‑on experience with MySQL database administration. Have good understanding of general IT concepts, especially networks and Linux/Unix operating systems. Are a collaborative team player who is open to new ideas and modern approaches. Enjoy solving technical problems and can handle moderately complex challenges. Are proactive — when you notice something isn’t working as expected, you naturally look into it and help get it resolved. Are motivated to grow your technical expertise and continuously expand your knowledge. Have basic to intermediate scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) to support automation and tooling. You'll get extra points for... Knowledge or hands‑on experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL. Experience working with AWS database services.
