đŸ§‘đŸ»â€đŸ’» About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for major product lines or strategic product areas. You will translate deep customer and market insight into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and commercial impact across acquisition, adoption, and expansion.

Operating with high autonomy, you will act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing — ensuring our products are clearly understood, differentiated, and successfully brought to market.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys shaping both strategy and execution.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for major product lines or high-impact initiatives

Define and evolve clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customer segments

Influence product roadmap priorities through evidence-based customer, market, and competitive insight

Create high-impact product narratives and customer-facing assets (decks, webpages, sales tools, battlecards, launch materials)

Enable Sales, Customer Success, and partners to confidently tell the product story through training and scalable content

Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, channels, and launches

Drive customer, market, and competitive research to inform product direction and GTM decisions

Synthesize complex insights into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders

Champion the customer across the organization, grounding decisions in real needs and outcomes

Partner closely with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure launch readiness and commercial success

Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to align teams around shared outcomes

Act as a subject-matter expert within your product area, supporting peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing

đŸ€ïž You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, or adjacent technology sectors

Proven ownership of GTM strategy for meaningful product areas or features

Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, segmentation, and narrative development

Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to quantify impact and inform decisions

Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences

Comfort operating with autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments
