Entain is on a mission to revolutionize the world of betting and gaming, and we’re looking for a top-performing strategic finance professional to help shape the future of our ASE region.  This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, as the ASE region represents Entain's must-win high-growth markets, including brands such as Bwin, SportingBet, Sports Interaction and PartyCasino.  You will be a commercial performance leader in this >£1.5B region across multiple countries and brands, serving as a critical bridge between finance and commercial teams.   Key activities:  Design and implement frameworks to measure key operational and financial drivers, improving business visibility and performance management  Establish daily / weekly performance monitoring protocols to identify commercial risks and growth opportunities  Lead performance deep-dives for complex root cause analysis  Partner with commercial leadership to provide data-driven insights supporting key business decisions  Shape and evaluate business cases for high-impact strategic initiatives and investments  Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process across multiple markets    The previous holder of this role did not have a direct report but was supported by the general finance function. We intend to supplement this new hire with a junior analyst beneath them.

Qualifications  Strong undergraduate degree  7+ years’ experience in commercial finance (Investment banking, Big 4 modelling, Corporate commercial finance / FP&A functions, strategy or financial consulting)  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity / imperfect data  Proficiency in Excel & data analysis  Proficiency in business writing and verbal communications, including delivery of presentations to executive business leaders  Strong interest in the betting, games, media, technology, and entertainment industries We are looking for someone with significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategy roles within complex, multi-market organizations. They should have a strong track record of leading planning and forecasting processes, driving performance insight, and partnering with senior stakeholders to inform key commercial and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at a strategic level, using data and analysis to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and support high-impact business initiatives.
