Assignment Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Requirements & UAT Lead

What You Will Work On

Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business strategy and technical feasibility.

Translate business needs into structured requirements with full end-to-end traceability.

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems.

Facilitate requirements workshops and cross-functional review sessions to ensure alignment and clarity.

Develop comprehensive UAT plans including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Lead and coordinate UAT execution, ensuring proper test coverage and quality assurance.

Track, manage, and resolve defects in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Provide structured reporting on UAT progress, results, and defect status to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify and mitigate risks related to requirements and UAT to ensure smooth program delivery.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements analysis and UAT within financial services, preferably in card issuing or payments.

Strong understanding of regulated financial environments.

Proven ability to manage initiatives and drive delivery forward.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Proficiency in requirements documentation tools and methodologies.

Experience working with UAT tools and structured testing methodologies.
