About the roleAs a Business Analyst at NA-KD, you will play an important role in supporting the business with data, insights, and technical solutions. You will work closely with both commercial teams and IT, helping to translate business needs into clear data requirements and scalable solutions.

In this role, your main focus will be on data analysis, SQL and BigQuery, as well as developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. You will be involved in development initiatives and projects where data, systems and business processes meet, and you will help ensure that data is structured, accessible and useful.

You don’t need to know everything from day one — many parts of the role can be learned internally — but you are comfortable working independently, have a strong technical foundation, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders to move things forward.

You will report to the Head of Business Controlling & Planning and work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, B2B, purchasing and IT. Together you work to create consensus around the business's needs, risks, opportunities and priorities accordingly.
