We are now looking for an After Sales Manager for G. Larsson Starch Technology AB in Bromölla.

Job description

In the role of After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all aftermarket management such as:

Spare parts and service

Portfolio Management

Pricing Policy

Planning and Forecasting

Sales Management

Processing inquiries, quotes and orders

Service Management

Customer support

Customer Relationship Management

Customer Care and Complaint handling

Back office activities

Sales reporting

Develop and maintain Marketing -and Sales tools

Initiate campains and promotions

Coordinate delivery/shipping documentation

Support the global sales force

You will have the support of a spare parts salesperson working in your team. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
