About this role

We are looking for an experienced

SYSTEMS ENGINEER who wants to work with advanced, multidisciplinary products and platforms in a high-tech development environment. In this role, you will be a key player in defining system architecture, managing requirements, and ensuring successful integration across hardware, software, and mechanical domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full system lifecycle — from early concept and requirements definition to verification, validation, and industrialization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage
  • SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND REQUIREMENTS for complex products
  • Translate stakeholder needs into
  • CLEAR, TESTABLE SYSTEM AND SUB-SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
  • Break down system requirements into
  • HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Ensure
  • SYSTEM CONSISTENCY, TRACEABILITY, AND COMPLIANCE throughout the lifecycle
  • Lead and participate in
  • DESIGN REVIEWS and technical decision forums
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across
  • ELECTRONICS, SOFTWARE, MECHANICS, SAFETY, AND MANUFACTURING
  • Manage
  • INTERFACES AND SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS
  • Support
  • VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION (V&V) activities
  • Perform
  • SYSTEM-LEVEL RISK ANALYSIS (FMEA, HARA, hazard analysis)
  • Ensure compliance with
  • RELEVANT INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS
  • Contribute to
  • INDUSTRIALIZATION, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, AND MODULAR SYSTEM DESIGN
  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
  • SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS, or a related field
  • MINIMUM 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in systems engineering or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Systems engineering principles (
  • V-MODEL, REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE)
  • HARDWARE–SOFTWARE–MECHANICAL INTEGRATION
  • EMBEDDED AND DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as
  • DOORS, POLARION, JAMA, OR CODEBEAMER
  • Knowledge of
  • SYSTEM VERIFICATION & VALIDATION METHODOLOGIES
  • Familiarity with
  • FUNCTIONAL
