About this role
We are looking for an experienced
SYSTEMS ENGINEER who wants to work with advanced, multidisciplinary products and platforms in a high-tech development environment. In this role, you will be a key player in defining system architecture, managing requirements, and ensuring successful integration across hardware, software, and mechanical domains.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full system lifecycle — from early concept and requirements definition to verification, validation, and industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage
- SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND REQUIREMENTS for complex products
- Translate stakeholder needs into
- CLEAR, TESTABLE SYSTEM AND SUB-SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Break down system requirements into
- HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Ensure
- SYSTEM CONSISTENCY, TRACEABILITY, AND COMPLIANCE throughout the lifecycle
- Lead and participate in
- DESIGN REVIEWS and technical decision forums
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across
- ELECTRONICS, SOFTWARE, MECHANICS, SAFETY, AND MANUFACTURING
- Manage
- INTERFACES AND SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS
- Support
- VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION (V&V) activities
- Perform
- SYSTEM-LEVEL RISK ANALYSIS (FMEA, HARA, hazard analysis)
- Ensure compliance with
- RELEVANT INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS
- Contribute to
- INDUSTRIALIZATION, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, AND MODULAR SYSTEM DESIGN
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
- SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS, or a related field
- MINIMUM 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in systems engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of:
- Systems engineering principles (
- V-MODEL, REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE)
- HARDWARE–SOFTWARE–MECHANICAL INTEGRATION
- EMBEDDED AND DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS
- Experience with requirements management tools such as
- DOORS, POLARION, JAMA, OR CODEBEAMER
- Knowledge of
- SYSTEM VERIFICATION & VALIDATION METHODOLOGIES
- Familiarity with
- FUNCTIONAL
